DesertBookings collects your payment information when you make a reservation for a product through our website, and processes your payment as described below under “payment processing”. The following credit cards are accepted by DesertBookings Travel & Tourism: MasterCard and Visa. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as DesertBookings Travel & Tourism on the credit or debit card statement.
And you will get confirmation within 48 hours by email.
Service Charges & Taxes are not refundable at all.
Tours, accommodations, meals, or other services used cannot be refunded once they have begun.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment
Generally, if you purchased certain time-coupon tickets, events, attractions, or accommodations that do not permit refunds and replacements, they will not be refundable.
We charge a 10% cancellation fee on cancellations of bookings made with DesertBookings Travel & Tourism. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your DesertBookings Travel & Tourism voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees. Time-bound cancellation fee that could be applied or skipped under the following conditions.
If you have purchased an event, attraction or coupon ticket, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
In some cases, hotel or accommodation is also non-refundable but depends on the bookings policy which is mentioned on the voucher
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel before 24 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
The refund will be complete by a maximum of 30 days from the transaction date.
Group Bookings(4 0r more than 4 pax in a Single Booking):
7 Days prior to Tour Departure: 50% Cancellation Fee
5 Days or less prior to tour Departure: 100 % Cancellation Fee
